The National Design Academy

The National Design Academy (NDA) delivers a flexible and accessible pathway to design education, offering both accredited online and in-studio courses. Specialising in key design disciplines such as interior design and garden design, the NDA provides a range of qualifications, including professional diplomas, bachelor’s degrees, and master’s degrees, all designed to equip students with the skills needed for a successful career in design.

The National Design Academy sought to strengthen their online presence and engage more prospective students, so I took charge of their social media management to help achieve these goals.

I developed a tailored social media strategy focused on creating valuable, shareable content that highlighted NDA’s expertise in online interior design education. By crafting engaging posts and building a consistent, authentic voice across platforms, we grew their online community, increased interaction, and sparked conversations with potential students.

This approach not only boosted brand visibility but also drove traffic to their website, increasing course inquiries and enrolments. The result was a stronger, more engaged social media presence that played a key role in NDA’s ongoing growth and success.

By managing NDA’s social account, I helped grow its audience and reach more people. Posting regularly, sharing interesting and relevant content, and responding to messages made the account more engaging. This brought in more followers, increasing the company’s visibility and helping it connect with more potential customers, which supports business growth.

I helped the company reach new audiences by sharing content designed to appeal to different target sub audiences and actively engaging with them. Through creative campaigns, and meaningful interactions, I introduced the brand to people who hadn’t connected with it before. This expanded the company’s reach and opened the door to new potential students. 

Grow Community

I grew the National Design Academies social community by fostering engagement and building strong connections with followers. Consistent interactions, such as responding to comments and sharing relatable content, created a welcoming space that attracted more people and strengthened the brand’s presence.

We launched the NDA Magazine, which became a powerful tool for capturing the interest of potential students. By offering content that spoke directly to their needs and interests, the magazine helped position the academy as an authority in the field. This not only caught the attention of prospective students but also raised awareness of the brand.

Flawsome

  • Copywriting + Campaign

The final campaign idea embraced this message—encouraging people to let go of the pressure to be perfect, just like Flawsome’s “wonky” fruit. It was all about showing how imperfections can be fun, flavourful, and totally worth celebrating. The result was a campaign that felt bold, approachable, and in line with Flawsome’s quirky, authentic vibe
