Flawsome is a sustainable drinks brand that transforms wonky, surplus fruit into delicious cold-pressed juices and sparkling drinks. Founded on the belief that no fruit should go to waste, they rescue imperfect produce and turn it into refreshing beverages, championing sustainability, taste, and positive change in the food industry.

I’ve been a fan of Flawsome long before I applied for their social media and copywriting role, so I was already familiar with their tone and audience. After reviewing their recent campaigns and social posts, the idea for the “Flaw Dropping Flavour” campaign instantly clicked. I wanted to focus on the bold, punchy flavours Flawsome is known for, while also capturing their playful, witty personality. The aim was to create content that felt as fresh and fun as their drinks, all while celebrating imperfection. After all, none of us are perfect—and neither is fruit!

To kick off the process, I spent time diving into Flawsome’s existing content to get a deeper understanding of their voice, values, and messaging. I wanted to make sure I stayed true to what made them unique. Once I had that foundation, I started brainstorming how to combine their commitment to sustainability with the vibrant nature of their drinks. The idea was simple: Flawsome’s drinks aren’t just tasty—they celebrate the beauty of flaws, both in fruit and in life.

The final campaign idea embraced this message—encouraging people to let go of the pressure to be perfect, just like Flawsome’s “wonky” fruit. It was all about showing how imperfections can be fun, flavourful, and totally worth celebrating. The result was a campaign that felt bold, approachable, and in line with Flawsome’s quirky, authentic vibe.

I’m all about creating social content that doesn’t just get seen—it gets talked about. When I first checked out Flawsome, I saw a great social brand with plenty of potential, but I knew I could take it up a notch, especially with Valentine’s Day on the horizon. So, I added a cheeky twist to their usual posts, playing with the line: ‘Who knew flaws could be this juicy? Cherry poppin’ Flawsome flavour dropping.’

But that wasn’t all. While Flawsome had a loyal and active following, I noticed a gap in direct engagement—there wasn’t enough conversation. I’m all about building a two-way street, not a one-way post. So, I created a poll to get followers chatting, making them feel more involved and turning casual likes into real interactions.

Content isn’t just about posting—it’s about creating a community. And that’s exactly what I brought to the table for Flawsome.
